Jennifer Boucher’s dream was to be able to earn an income while staying home with her kids and having time to volunteer. After her first son was born, she left her job in pharmaceutical sales but was still looking for something more when she heard about R+F. She was intrigued and based her decision to enroll in 2011 on her “intuition telling me this was going to be a big deal.”

Joining R+F has enabled Jennifer to give back in ways she has always wanted. Her first job out of college was at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, which is when she first realized she “belonged on the front lines of volunteer work.” The business allows her to give financially every month and she began highlighting a different charity every month on social media, which has since caught on with other teams as well.

She works 10-15 hours a week and has personally developed in ways she never thought possible. Her advice to new Consultants is to “be open to anything and everything” and to those working toward Level V, “never take your foot off the gas when it comes to building your team.” Jennifer is most inspired by leaders who have dedicated to giving back and her ultimate goal is to one day start her own charity.
